Ann’s Lobster Rolls

I come from Canada BC and finding really great seafood has been a difficult task, Anns delivered HARD! Friendly amazing staff as well. My husband and I popped over for some dinner, he’s not big on seafood but compromised for me, he got a grilled cheese and fries and I got the lobster roll, apparently people eat them with forks which I didn’t know I picked the whole thing up haha. Great time great little spot! : thank you for making a welcoming environment for us, it’s been difficult to find! I can’t stress it enough finding a place like this is one in a million, a lot of places make me feel rushed or unwelcome because of my tattoos and how I dress or simply my hair. Doesn't look like much from the outside. We decided to give this place a try, the staff was very friendly! We actually really loved the taste of the food. We all got the Trio Roll, it came with a drink and a bag of chips for about $30. As a con or possible improvement for this small business is to maybe offer a bigger portion or multiple rolls for the price. Also, maybe offer fresh lemon wedges to top your rolls with. Overall, great place, highly recommend.

I tried their lobster rolls a while back. I can't recommend them. I really wanted to like this place, however, it was well over 80 degrees in the restaurant, the lobster rolls were ok but when you factor in the price they just dont cut it. I know lobster rolls are usually expensive, but they are usually worth it. I have had much better. If the restaurant looked decent inside maybe i could have enjoyed it more and overlooked the mediocre rolls.

Great food, very friendly service/people. Very appreciative of our business since it looked quiet. Not fancy, but good food. Got the trio combo and that was two sandwiches for my wife and I that was enough. Réservez une table maintenant

Everything is sooooo good here but it's so expensive!!!!! And you don't get full lol unfortunately the price doesn't match the aesthetic of the restaurant so I don't go often but the food is very good

Fish sandwich is delicious, it's my go to place to get my fish sandwiches now!!! Was trying to save some for later, but it was to good so I ate it all up! Service: Take out

It wasn't not open and the hours weren't updated on Yelp. Wasted a good 30 mins drive to the place and it was close. Réservez une table maintenant
