What an incredible menu. The food was absolutely decadent. I didn't care for the sausage it tasted like chorizo to me. Just a personal opinion and flavor I am just not fond of. The seasonal option of banana bread french toast was huge and delicious. It came with two eggs and sausage. Definitely could have split the plate with my mother. We also shared a pitcher, yes a pitcher, of **** Mary's. Also delicious and came with an olive, lime wedge, okra, a carrot, celery and thick sliced BACON. Y'all cannot go wrong coming to this adorable place. The service was impeccable. There is an upstairs for seating as well.
Omg!!! This place is amazing!! I came to Charleston for my birthday weekend and happen to run across this place, the food is delicious. I had the shrimp and grits with the the city grits which come with Gouda cheese…yum. My waitress on my first day there was Brittany who was amazing! The next day, of course I went back the very next day, my waitresses were McKenzie and Bre-anne and they were also amazing. I can’t give enough praise to the staff, I mean everyone. Great place, I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in Charleston.
Warm, inviting cafe that is very accommodating to its guests. They have an entire separate menu for vegetarians, and I really appreciated it : I ordered the strawberry pound cake french toast and it was scrumptious. The presentation was off the charts, and it was even served with caramelized sugar! Highly recommend visiting this cafe for breakfast or brunch if you're in the Charleston area. You won't regret it! P.S. my friend ordered a coffee, and the mug was so cute!
This is a fantastic breakfast spot! While I can't speak for the lunch menu, I can say that breakfast was so delicious we ended up coming back two days in a row. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent recommendations on what to order. Be sure to try the city grits, which come with Gouda, bacon fat, crispy bacon bits, diced tomatoes, and scallions. You won't want to miss it; everything else will just pale in comparison! PHENOMENAL!!!! From minimal wait time to get sat, to menu options, to our server being on point AND the food,,,, oh my goodness the food! I can not say more amazing things about this place! If your are in Charleston, head to the historic market and pop in here for an amazing meal! You won't be disappointed! John was our server and Jaime is the manager, both amazing and do an exceptional job!
Terrific meal that came out exactly as I wanted. Got the skinny omelette (which doesn't upcharge you for a side of fruit). They did not have toast on the menu but were able to sub an english muffin for whole wheat toast too. The server remembered each request and was fantastic. Was easy to put your name in on yelp and our table was ready when we arrived. Would definitely come here again.
This is a beautifully styled café, and it's the perfect place for breakfast. My omelette with avocado was delicious and came in generous portions. The menu isn't extensive, but it offers a nice variety. The service was quite quick, and the prices are reasonable considering the location. It's a great spot!
