We received a gift certificate from a relative back East, which led us to a restaurant we typically wouldn’t choose due to past experiences with Applebee’s. As we seated ourselves, still puzzled about what we might have done to deserve this gift, we shared a laugh over what lengths we sometimes go to save a few dollars. We began our evening with Steven, and it was honestly quite disappointing. My group was passed over and ignored three times before he finally took our drink orders, and he was quite rude. However, after we requested to move to a different section, Jay became our new server, and he turned the night around. It was truly the best dining experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our dinner choices and regularly checked in on us. That man deserves a raise! He completely transformed our whole experience from start to finish!
I went to dinner with my mom and my niece who is young and we sat outside. The waitress was a friend of my moms and we had a really good time. The manager brought us out our appetizers and asked how we were doing and he seemed to really care. Be fore warned though: do not order a blackberry daiquiri: I was literally spitting seeds and it was really hard to drink. As we were closing out our bill, the waitress took off the daiquiri because she noticed I was having a hard time drinking it. That's was very nice of her and very good customer service.
I won't be back to this restaurant. Was sitting at the bar and the manager Tim kicked a couple out because they were talking to another couple louder than the manger like. The manger stated the gentleman was disrespectful to him when the man was in no way shape or form disrespectful to the manger. People should not be kicked out of a bar because the manger doesn't like their opinions.

I had a wonderful lunch with my family at Helena's Applebee's today! The burgers were served hot, delicious, and beautifully presented. Our waiter was excellent—prompt, friendly, and not too overbearing. Keep up the great work!
They have a unique mountain turf flavor that you won't find anywhere else. Since Baja at Taco Bell, this hasn't been very exciting. However, the food was great; I tried the four-cheese pasta with honey, and it was delicious!
Friendly, professional, knowlegable service, clean restaurant, peaceful environment and definitely delicious food! My fiance and I were there today for lunch and we were impressed for sure.
I can't remember the waitresses name but she was on top of it. Everything was cooked to perfection for the 3 of us. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

We love the nachos and the service is usually good but the booth seats are very uncomfortable!
Love Applebee's for date night, the steak and drinks were heavenly!!
