We ordered chicken wantons and steak. The chicken wantons were suppose to be served with fresh grilled chicken. The chicken was cold like it was pulled out of a refrigerator. I asked the waitress and she told me she can guarantee that the chicken is not cooked fresh. My wife ordered medium rare steak and the steak was cooked well. I asked to speak to the manager twice and the manager refused to come out. The waitress kept apologizing. Terrible food and experience. Do not eat here.
If I could rate this place lower than one star, I would. I've been sitting at the entrance waiting for someone to assist me, and to make matters worse, I'm a delivery driver for DoorDash and Grubhub. They seem completely uninterested. They claim the kitchen is overwhelmed, but the restaurant isn't even full. The lack of respect for both customers and delivery drivers is astonishing. They really need to improve. I'm just shaking my head.
As soon as my partner and I entered this restaurant, we felt like we had hit the jackpot. We were fortunate to be seated immediately and our server was prompt in taking our order. The food arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. The waitress was incredibly kind, friendly, and efficient in managing all her tables. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Terrible. I went in at 7:30. There were 2 people at the bar. And 2 tables of 2 in the restaurant. There was a bartender and two waiters. I sat at the bar and it was 10 minutes before I was waited on. I should have known better at this point and left but I didn't. Food was okay, but it took forever to get it. Just not a pleasurable dining experience. Réservez une table maintenant
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It took 45 minutes to receive a salad and 2 hours for the ribs, which were quite disappointing. We chose this place to celebrate our 40th anniversary because we love the Applebee's at home. I wouldn't recommend dining at the Applebee's in Carbondale.
As a vegetarian and gluten-free diner, I was pleased with the attentive and accommodating staff at this restaurant. They offer the Impossible Burger 2.0 on their menu, which catered perfectly to my dietary requirements.
S&B's has many great qualities, one of which I must mention is their alcoholic shakes. I tried 'The Evil Queen', a delicious cherry shake with a subtle flavor that was truly extraordinary.
Surprisingly, barely anyone was present outside of staff, though numerous take out orders were seen being filled. The food was the quality one would expect from Applebee's. Réservez une table maintenant
The place was dead in fhe afternoon. We went for drinks and a meeting after work and the drinks were not very good and my ribs were coldnwhen they finally got served in
