Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant

I worked for Applebees before and even though I was mistreated when I worked there I like the food and go when I have a chance. I just came to the location because of work and haven’t been to this location before so I wanted to try it. I like to sit at the bar and it was the best decision. I normally don’t do the review thing unless its really deserved! The girl Jessica at the bar on 10/28/23 was absolutely amazing! From working for the company I know how hectic it gets and customers don’t understand but I’m a lot more patient with new servers or workers. Our waitress was friendly, but busy. The tables were about 3/4 full and maybe they were a bit shorthanded. It was a bit frustrating getting her attention. It was a bit of a wait between appetizers and dinner, which is of course understandable these days. What was not understandable is why some of our food arrived cold. I would give them another shot, but if it's a repeat of this dinner, there are other similar chain restaurants we can visit.

I liked this restaurant, it is relaxed and perfect for relaxing, their pork ribs in a somewhat spicy sauce were really delicious, the fries were crispy and soft inside, and the classic combo was delicious, the presentation was very nice, as for the attention Both the hostess and the waitress were very kind, congratulations. Even though the place is far from me, I will definitely return to try their burger. Thanks for your kind attention

Ordered online pickup and was given the wrong order. The bag had two tickets on it which had my name and some other persons name. Called them to resolve it and all I was offered was a small discount. Will never order from this location again!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Stop charging us for extra items, claiming they are in there when we ask because you’ve done it to us multiple times in the past, and then making us come back and ask you for the items we paid for!

Just didn’t seem to have staff this holiday bartender seemed to be only one working fee bad for her can’t say anything about service or food we ended up walking out

The entire order was messed up. Ordered catering sizes 6-8 people and was given a regular size for 1 person and paid for catering size platters

The service was good, and had a cheese burger, one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended
