The service tonight was absolutely horrendous, ask to speak to the manager only to be given all kinds of excuses as of why the service was so terrible , is sad because this used to be our hangout spot, absolutely disappointed, don’t waste your time or money at this particular Applebees!!
We waited a long time for our food, while the people next to us received their appetizers right away. We nearly waited an hour. The fries were too salty, and my daughter's mac and cheese didn't taste very good—she didn't want to finish it. However, the burger was tasty.
There's only one issue that I have with Applebee's They don't serve a baked potato every other restaurant you can get a steak and baked potato or shrimp and baked potato but not an Applebee's They're mashed potatoes are good or just sometimes I want a baked potato.
