I visited this restaurant with my family to take advantage of the $15 all-you-can-eat deal. Although we don't usually choose chain restaurants, my dad was really looking forward to this. The menu featured a variety of options, including boneless wings, popcorn shrimp, and riblets, all served with fries on the side. The service was a bit slow, which meant we had to pace ourselves with the food; they provided fries automatically, whether we wanted them or not. The service tonight was absolutely horrendous, ask to speak to the manager only to be given all kinds of excuses as of why the service was so terrible , is sad because this used to be our hangout spot, absolutely disappointed, don’t waste your time or money at this particular Applebees!!

There's only one issue that I have with Applebee's They don't serve a baked potato every other restaurant you can get a steak and baked potato or shrimp and baked potato but not an Applebee's They're mashed potatoes are good or just sometimes I want a baked potato.

Shaun is amazing! I really appreciate this guy. Amen to that. He just gets it, you know? The service was quick, and he even remembered what I wanted to order when I couldn't recall the name. I would definitely give him a 13 out of 10!
