I wanted to share my wonderful experience at this Arby's. Daniel, the staff member who served me, was fantastic, and manager Ashley, who answered my call at 9:40 PM, was incredibly friendly and respectful of my late arrival just before closing. She genuinely made me feel welcomed. Honestly, this is the best Arby's I've ever been to! Even though there are closer locations in Windgap and Easton, I will happily choose to spend my money here from now on.
This is a great Arby's location the staff and the manager all come out to see how your food is and if there's anything else they can get you. Was really impressed with that as it felt more like a regular restaurant with servers rather than a fast food joint. Manager remembers pretty much all her customers and knows what they like to order. Totally worth checking out!
This is the worst sandwich I've ever received from Arby's. It looked like it had been run over by a truck, and the so-called thinly sliced roast beef was actually thick and unappealing. The sandwich was cold, and the bun was damp and smelled like dish soap.

I had ordered a sandwich with cheese and red sauce, along with extra cheese and a cup of extra cheese on the side. However, when my sandwich arrived, it had neither cheese nor red sauce, but it did come with two cups of cheese instead.
I'm not sure how they prepared the burger, but it wasn't great. The texture was off, and it was too salty. I would recommend sticking with the roast beef at Arby's and leaving the burgers for someone else.
maybe it was my luck but todays order of fish sandwich very old cheese was hard curly fries soaked in oil also had a dark tone soggy very old . very very disappointing
The customer service was excellent. The food was served quickly and at the perfect temperature. The only drawback preventing a perfect five-star rating was the fries.

Pretty much everything was cold. My beef and cheddar had super dry slices of meat that were crusty and weird. The drinks were flat and watered down.
Appropriate prices, friendly staff and sandwiches taste good if you don't mind the high calorie intake.
