This Burger King is HORRIBLE!!! The service is subpar that's being kind. They are very unprofessional. I waited at the order board for over 12minutes just to place an order. I finally had enough drove up toward the window to find 2 customers standing there ordering waiting for their order. INSANE. I will NEVER go back.
The food was great as always at the newly renovated B.K. location on Union Blvd. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. However, the interior design was a bit bland with all neutral colors and no pictures on the walls. It could use some revitalization.
Both chicken sandwiches that I bought were uncooked we order mozzarella sticks and didn?t get the marinated sauce I bought a bacon cheeseburger they never put it in the bag. They are horrible avoid this Burger King
The person taking our order was not paying attention, and had to ask multiple times what we ordered. Service took a little longer than a normal 'fast food ' resturaunt. The food was good, but service was lacking. Réservez une table maintenant
Hefanie I mean Stephanie is extremely rude and shouldn't work no where near food or the public. They close at 7pm everyday and the drivethru takes forever and the food is mostly cold. Don't eat Here!!!!
The French toast sticks were not what I expected. If you check the picture of them it’s not a good experience. The manager should’ve been checking that. I wouldn’t serve food like that.
Drive thru always wrapped around building. Needs to pay people better and treat them well to get more workers. They can afford it
