Today was a BAD visit, the restuarant was not BUSY my self and 2 others. The drive thru was also empty. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch..almost 6 bucks....the chicken had been microwaved for a little bit...not hot...no ranch dressing what so ever , chicken was chilly on the sandwich and the cheese was like piece of cardboard. If the cbicken was it would have melted the cheese.
arbys to lunch. eating was amazing. the service was great, and the staff were very helpful and efficient and very friendly. the interior was very clean and maintained. the mud cans were not flowing. the food was done quickly. the remaining room was also very clean and maintained. it was easy to reach and leave the parking lot. is def. back to this arbys?
I can't win for losing. Husband went through drive thru. I ordered half pound roast beef sandwich that is only all meatcombo. They gave me a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on it. They need to follow instructions. Very disappointed. He would not go back to get right item. They did not offer for me to come another day.
I ordered a number 1 with a strawberry creame pie the curly fries was cold and they forgot my pie....I told them and of course had me to pull up and it took a while but they fries came and I told the guy about my pie and he said he knew someone ordered one and didn't get it..so he went and got it and apologized.Food: 3/5 Réservez une table maintenant
everyone who supplies food avoids this place, they close the load as soon as the sun is gone (5pm) and even if they are inside, it takes too long to get the food and it will at the end waste them their time. this is a typical North STL culture of fast food closure within 5pm only to clog the drive through
The customer service was Def lacking at this location.. at least that day I went. Even when I was handed my food, I said thank you and the worker said mmhmm and closed the drive thru windowFood: 4/5
drive them thru friendly and I recommend the chicken bacon swiss meal. chocolate shakes are fired. apple turnover is printing game. all good? food: 4/5
The sandwich was big and tasty with plenty of sauce. It was cooked to order, but the drive-through moved in a timely manner, and we will be returning! Réservez une table maintenant
At times, they run out of items. The menu board is not illuminated at night, making it very challenging to place an order in the dark.
