The manager is resolving the issue, and if you read my previous review, you know I really enjoy the food. The service is typically excellent. However, we encountered some significant problems with our order last night; one item we received was totally different from what we had ordered.
I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru last night. The young woman at the window was extremely helpful and friendly. My go-to favorites at Arby's are definitely the original gyros and buffalo sliders.
I can say that nearly every time I visit, I'm satisfied with my experience, although there have been a few occasions when my food was slightly cold. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.
I've never dined inside, only used the drive-thru, but I've always been greeted with a smile, found the staff courteous, the parking lot clean, and the food tasty. Réservez une table maintenant
