Dine-In? It’s decent if your food is made fresh, but good luck with that. Drive-Thru? Don’t bother, go somewhere else. I've been coming on and off for years, and I've never had to shout into a drive-thru mic so much. All I ever get from this location is “HUH? WHAT? SORRY? Can’t hear you!” or just plain “What?” even when I’m repeating my full order to help them out. After getting my order wrong five times in a row and being stuck waiting in a one-lane drive-thru while they serve others without explaining why I’m holding up traffic, I’m done. Terrible service and awful food. The fries were soggy and tasted like stale grease, with no seasoning. The chicken sandwich patty was old, extremely hard—possibly overcooked and flattened. The bacon was stale and crunchy, not crispy. I requested horseradish and never received it. I waited at the drive-thru for about four minutes with no one ahead of me before anyone responded. I won’t be returning.
The drive-thru cashier seemed a bit impatient, making us feel rushed during our visit. It was a family member's birthday, and they were really looking forward to Arby's. I hadn't been in years and thought there might not be anything for me since I usually avoid fast food and spicy dishes. Although the customer service could use some improvement, the food was outstanding.
They've always got the meats! New hush-puppy breaded fish sticks were crunchy and tasty. Greek gyro was hot, fresh, and just the right amount of tsasiki sauce. Staff were efficient and friendly. Peach lemonade had just the right amount of tart and sweet.Crunchy fries come in curly or crinkle, nice potatoes taste. Always come back for more Arby's.

I recently tried their Greek circles, and they are fantastic! I usually get my Greek cuisine from a restaurant, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received some coupons showcasing Gyros. I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so happy that I did!
Currently being remodeled and appears to be closed but drive-thru is open . Not the most welcoming place, at so many levels. Staff's customer service skills are not the best. New fish and chips item was woefully different from its marketing.

Tasty food and superb customer service! The sandwiches are consistently fresh, and the menu features a diverse selection. The staff is approachable and well-informed about the offerings.

I love Arby's fish sandwich and their Jamocha shake. Using the drive-thru is faster and more convenient. Arby's menu offers great options that keep me coming back.
