My family and I dined at this restaurant, and I must say it was exceptionally clean—much cleaner than other places we visited in Kentucky! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I would give it a perfect 10 stars for cleanliness and friendliness. They are doing an excellent job, and perhaps their team should visit other Arby's locations to show them how it's done! Great job!
The staff appeared genuine and attentive. The food was tasty, and they seemed concerned about the wait time, offering me something complimentary. I wasn't in a rush and didn't even notice how long it took. I decided to go with a milkshake and moved on. Thank you, Arby. I’ll definitely return soon!
The placement of the drive thru with very busy train tracks directly to the right has to get a bit frustrating. I would of worked some overtime to come up with a different design. But besides that ????
Friendly staff, I had a Greek gyros and it was awesome. Didn't get the extra side of the sauce for my fries but the combo was still well worth the price ????????. Réservez une table maintenant
Somerset Arby's next to HWY 80 best fastfood in town. Arby's corporate can go to hell with changing the Asus sauce. We all hate it and it's costing you business.
Order was incorrect, even asking drive to person handing me my food if it was correct. I didn't even bother calling them back or going back to that Arby's.
