Every time we've visited this Arby's location—three times in a row—they've messed up our order. Twice now, they've given us regular Roast Beef sandwiches instead of the Beef 'n Cheddar we actually ordered, which we only realized once we got home because the sandwich wrappers were correct but the sandwiches inside were wrong. On another visit, they gave us the wrong sliders; we ordered several varieties but didn’t get the Chicken sliders. The time before that, they forgot to include one of our two bags, and when we went inside to retrieve it, they argued they had already given it to us even though we clearly saw it sitting there. It took five minutes of back and forth before they finally open...
I've visited this Arby's location three times and appreciate it for offering healthier menu options compared to the Burger King across the street. The drive-thru staff have always been incredibly friendly and accommodating with special requests, showing no attitude like many other fast food places. I feel comfortable pulling up and placing my order. The turkey sandwich is my favorite—it's fresh and nicely sized. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this Arby's whenever I’m in the area and need a quick meal.
The menu at Arby's lists the Deluxe Wagyu burger for $6.59 and the Ranch Wagyu burger for $7.59. However, when you check your receipt, you'll find that Arby's is actually charging an additional dollar for each burger.
Arby's has raised its prices, and paying $30 for two large meals seems excessive. However, the staff was excellent, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean.

My visits to this Arby's have been consistently disappointing because of the rude staff. I would recommend staying away from this location!
