11/21/22 Update: I've visited this Arby's three more times since my original review to be fair. Tonight’s experience was, frankly, awful. The male employee working the drive-thru at 8:35 pm was terribly unprofessional and should be dismissed. The manager also needs to take responsibility for not addressing the reasons behind customer drive-offs. Please put capable staff in front of your customers. Even my mild-mannered, easygoing wife said, "Let's go!"—which says a lot about how bad it was. I'm giving just 2 stars now, the lowest I can. This isn't the cheesesteak shown on Arby's menu, complete with peppers and onions. I picked it up from the drive-thru and when I tried to call them, no one answered. They also gave me the wrong fries. The staff are friendly, but they don't pay close attention to orders.
I bought a classic roast beef meal and I got something else. I went 9 miles out of my way to get what I ordered and when I got home the sandwich was cold. Last time I eat there to many other places to eat and get what I ordered
Relaxed atmosphere. Fast friendly staff. Having fun, looks like they're enjoying what they're doing. One guy singing in the back, low volume, to the tune of low playing music. Clean, and the food was good.

Today, I made a point of supporting my local eateries by having lunch at Arby's. It's been a few years since my last visit, so I thought it was time to give it another chance.
This is by far the worst location I've encountered. Eleven years ago, I had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes, despite being heavily pregnant.
I must say that this restaurant seems to have been impacted negatively by the pandemic. My recent visits have not been enjoyable.
They got my order right the first time. All the food tasted fresh.
