My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I struggled with the ordering process. We ordered curly fries, and when the person taking our order asked if we wanted cheese on them, we replied yes. We also ordered sweet tea, but there was no cheese on the fries, and the tea was not sweet at all. The service was lacking, and the quality of the food was below expectations. Overall, it certainly isn’t worth the prices they charge.
The young woman who was responsible for taking orders is a tremendous asset to your business. It was lunchtime, and the restaurant was quite busy, especially with a storm outside driving more people off the highway to seek shelter. She handled everything with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. I wish I could remember her name, but she definitely deserves recognition for her excellent service.
Always love visiting this particular Arby's The wonderful staff are very warm and friendly. General Manager Caleb can always be seen among the staff.....they perform their jobs extremely well and work really efficient as a team. The wait is never long and the food is always fresh. Love the brisket and the sliders.
The food here is consistently amazing, but I wish they would be a bit more generous with the sauce. Whenever I request extra, they only provide me with two of each, even if I've ordered more than two sandwiches. As a sauce enthusiast, I'd really appreciate getting five just for myself! I'm a huge fan of Arby's! I eat a lot of fast food, and their beef is top-notch. I recently tried the fish, and it was surprisingly good too. What can I say? I'm a fast food enthusiast, and I really value what Arby's has to offer!
The dining space is large and welcoming. I really enjoy the slider specials offered from 2 PM to 5 PM, and the $1 kids' meal that accompanies any regular-priced combo is an amazing bargain. The service is prompt and effective!
