I just had one of the most frustrating and nonsensical drive-thru experiences in my life. All I wanted was two beef 'n 'cheddar melts, a medium order of curly fries, and a large Mello Yello. Then the woman told me that that was about $25. That didn 't sound right at all so I asked her to repeat the order back to me (although I find this raises serious questions about why she didn 't seem to already know to do this, seeing as how it 's standard procedure to repeat the customer 's order back to them after they 've given it just to make sure they 're getting it right).Lo and behold, the woman misheard what I said as two beef 'n 'cheddar MEALS . I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru due to a misunderstanding with one of the staff members, who seemed unable to hear my order properly. When I tried to clarify with someone in my car, the employee got a bit snarky. Frustrated, I decided to go inside, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager didn't even offer an apology on behalf of her rude employee. I explained that I understood the radio might not be working, but I found it unprofessional for the worker to interject in a conversation that wasn't directed at her. I went through the drive-thru recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The woman at the window was difficult to understand while speaking through her headset, and she was quite rude when I got to the window. She didn’t ask if I wanted curly or regular fries, and she forgot to include the sauce we requested. To top it off, the food was cold and the sodas were flat. This employee has been working the drive-thru during my last few visits, and I’ve had enough. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I visit this location. If she’s unhappy with her job or being there on the weekend, I understand, but taking it out on customers isn’t acceptable.
I placed my order through the app and specifically requested that everything be served on the side. However, the staff member informed me that my order had already been prepared (very quickly, I might add) without allowing me the opportunity to clarify my request. When I explained that I wasn't aware I needed to call the phone number to specify my preferences—something she had mentioned—I was met with no willingness to accommodate my request. It was frustrating that I wasn't given a chance to address the issue, especially since I was unaware of the procedure.

What on earth are they doing here? I walk in and they don't take my order for 5 minutes whereas most other fast food chain is pretty quick, and there was no one in front of me waiting to order! Save yourself a lot of time and go to another Arby's.
Visited drive thru. Employees were pleasant, order was accurately fulfilled, wait time was short. Everything I could ask for in this instance.
Tried the new burger. It was good but also medium well, pink in middle and I'm not a fan of medium cooked beef or meat. Service was great.
Good friendly atmosphere, didn't know they would add bacon to a beef and cheddar until now. Great combination!
