it literally took 20 minutes to get food for me and 3 children. all ground meal, no special request. there were another couple in the restaurant and they had already eaten her when we came in. had not seen much in the type of traffic on the parking lot to high loudness in the drive through either to finish everything, they still managed to mass my order after so long

Staff was out of control manager could not get them in line works were yelling and cussing up a storm for zero reason. Food tasted like someone wiped it on the grease coverd floor before giving it to us. Half the items on the menu also were unavailable. Including coke... you know the most popular drink in restaurants? Yea were out of that.

There were 3 cars in front of me at the drive thru and I was there a total of 32 minutes until I pulled away with my food. fries were barely warm.

Everything was hot. Coupons were honored and the special orders were done correctly. Can't ask for much more from a quick service restaurant.
