I was drawn to this restaurant right away from the photos of the to go boxes. I am completely blown away by how fancy these were (a little suitcase for my beef noodle soup?!?!...and not only a suitcase, but little compartments for each little side dish that came with it). This creative packaging hits the spot for a graphic designer eye. I love how they had very unique side dishes that came with some of the dishes. This place puts a lot of stock in its presentation. The boxes for the soups is really neat, like a cardboard briefcase of food with each element of the entree separated out so that the texture stays fresh. We got the beef noodle soup, which had very tasty noodles that have a hand-made texture, and the taste was very flavorful. The meat could be a little more tender, but it was still delicious. We also got the popcorn chicken. Unfortunately, this is harder to maintain in texture as to-go since it wasn't in a breathable container, so I was sad to say they were a little more soggy than crispy. This is place is a rare gem! It absolutely obvious how much the owner cares about their customers and the food they recieve. I took 3 items to go and was so impressed with the packaging. It makes it almost impossible to spill a soup or make a mess in your car. Everything was well thought out and included high quality items. Even the soy sauce and chopsticks were top quality. Phenomenal food, more on the spicy side but still delicious. Packaging was first class. We ordered soup and noodle bowls so not one drop of spill. Some people complain about the higher prices due to 1st class packaging but get your food from other places with half the liquids in your bag dripping on your floor.... Won't be complaining after that. Post Covid, inflation and higher prices everywhere, you can't expect any place to work for free. I wouldn't and You wouldn't either. Definitely will be back.
Once again, I had a delightful meal! We ordered two bowls of ramen along with some appetizers. The wait can be lengthy, but it's definitely worth it. The pepper chicken from the appetizer menu is incredible. I'm also a big fan of their chili oil. The packaging is excellent, and other restaurants could take notes from them. This place is truly a hidden gem! I will keep supporting this small business and hope that others will join me in doing so.
We visited this restaurant before the pandemic, and it was a delightful experience for my family and me. The interior and atmosphere were lovely, which made us eager to return. During the pandemic, and even now, they only offer takeout, but they provide stylish takeout containers that work well for your food. Additionally, they specialize in Taiwanese cuisine.
Ooommmggggg !!!!! In think I’m in love . I stumbled across Asia blue by chance and I’m glad i did . I ordered the udon noodle soup with shrimp tempura. I was sold on the presentation alone. The food was piping hot and fresh and bursting with flavor. And the customer service was 5 stars . Definitely going back Réservez une table maintenant
