Very clever photos...made to look like a Manor House when literally only several rooms are in the Manor House; the rest (and by that I mean where you sleep; eat and the “spa” are in the new extension which was just less than travelodge quality Didn’t even bother with the pool/spa after walking down a long corridor to a manager yelling at one of his staff who upon seeing me turned into the most supercilious over nice fake person who was quite creepy and made me feel uncomfortable....oddly he made my male partner feel exactly the same later the same evening. Food was disappointing check out the pate pic...who doesn’t feel ready to eat a small bowl of fat!!! Okay for an overnight work stay but...
I treated myself to a birthday celebration at this restaurant, thanks to my daughter. Upon arrival, we were shown to a waiting area before being seated. We were then taken to a room with two tables set up for tea, which led to the gardens with other rooms branching off. During our wait, a funeral party arrived and gathered in the same area where we were seated. The waiter noticed our discomfort and offered to move us outside, where we were served a pot of tea. A waitress then brought out cakes and sandwiches. While the desserts were delicious, the sandwiches were extremely dry and almost inedible. No one checked in on us or asked if we needed anything throughout the meal, and there seemed to...
While staying in Worcestershire recently, we took my 97-year-old aunt to lunch at Stourport Manor. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to cater to my aunt's needs. Kudos to the team at Stourport Manor!
Brett and the the team at Stourport Manor made our day very special with their care and attention to detail. The planning, timing and organisation was top class. Brett react quickly and efficiently when the flower girl posy did not arrive and produce one in minutes. Best day of our life's. Big thanks.

Breakfast was fantastic everything you could have possibly wanted. The evening meal was beautifully cooked and the menu was altered by friendly, helpful staff to remove the spices for me to be able to have the chicken cooked plain.
There is a good menu and the food is absolutely delicious. Plenty to suit all age groups. Beautifully cooked and presented. Service was slow as not enough staff. Great for dinner and breakfast.
Not many staff . I wasn't happy with the service but they did their best . Food average . Ordered prawns received shrimps but understand catering staff changing . Would try again.
The restaurant is no longer a Menzies Hotel, and as my previous review of the hotel mentioned, it is best enjoyed when the hotel is calm and peaceful.

Highly recommended. Good choice of food well cooked and excellent service. Both diner and breafast were excellent.
