I love this place but I placed a pickup order yesterday and the girl (short brown hair and glasses) at the counter had horrible customer service skills. Didn’t greet me and was so unfriendly. She proceeded to tell me that “next time I need to wait in the line” for a pickup order. It makes zero logical sense to make customers who placed a pickup order to wait in line with the customers who are coming in to order their food in person. That defeats the entire purpose. Get a better system for customers placing a pickup order, I’m not going to stand in a long line of people…I placed the order online in order to avoid doing that. This was my first time here, and a co-worker recommended it. I ordered it and it was ready when I got there! Very good corn beef sandwich. I gotta go back so I can take a pic of the food!
