I approached with a positive mindset and ordered a plain salted pretzel. I then inquired with the employee if there were any side condiments available with the pretzels, as I had never visited an Auntie Anne's before. This restaurant is disappointing. I don't often write reviews, but my experience here was so unsatisfactory that I felt compelled to share. They charge $10 for pretzel bites that were dry and tasted stale. It’s not the same as it used to be. The staff were friendly, but it seemed like they were aware that the food wasn't up to par. To the owner, I genuinely hope you reconsider running this place and find a new direction in life. My experience here was truly unfortunate.
Been coming to this Auntie Anne's since I was a kid. It's fun to watch the pretzels being made and they are always fresh. They have an outstanding in-app ordering system and rewards program with many special offers. Most importantly the staff is nice and it's a great place to grab a snack while shopping. Located on the 2nd floor next to California Pizza Kitchen.

This place is a hot mess. Looks like the pretzels have been sitting a while the staff that’s working there or talking to people over the counter, have their friends sitting there. They don’t honor the AAA discount or AARP discount like the other ones nothing like fresh the staff was rude 10 out of 10 would definitely not recommend
Kai is amazing! I visited a couple of weeks ago, and she provided us with quick and friendly service. It’s wonderful to see someone who genuinely enjoys their job. Kai is a standout employee who could excel in anything she chooses to pursue, but for now, she’s making delicious pretzels—and she does an incredible job at it!
There are two locations with the mall at this location.One is near the Macy's side of the mall, second floor, next to CPK.The second location is in the general center of the mall. First floor near the stairs and open area of the mall.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the Sweet Almond Pretzel is absolutely delicious!
