Austin Fish & Chips

My wife, teenage son, and I went to this restaurant last night for dinner. The fish portions were large, so my wife and I decided to share the Halibut dinner with fries. The restaurant was busy and we didn't receive as many fries as we usually do, which was a bit disappointing. However, the fish was very good. Our son also had the Halibut and loved it. I ordered coffee, which tasted average and not fresh. My wife opted for water and our son enjoyed an ice cream. The service was good considering how busy the restaurant was, with the servers being very polite. Overall, we would recommend this restaurant for those who enjoy good-tasting fish that is not oily or overcooked.

I tried the cod and chips at this restaurant and it was fantastic! The place is beautiful and clean, with good service. However, the atmosphere was lacking. The highlight was definitely the crispy fish and chips with a generous amount of tartar sauce. The batter was beautifully crispy, unlike other places where it gets soggy. The fries were also perfectly cooked and not soggy. Overall, I would say this place is better than C Lovers and offers a more delicious experience. Highly recommend trying the fish and chips at Austin Fish and Chips!

Last Sunday evening, my husband and I visited Austin Fish and Chips in Pitt Meadows. We ordered Pollock and fries and enjoyed the best fish and chips I have had in forever! The fish was cooked beautifully, the fries were crispy on the outside...and just right on the inside. The cole slaw was tasty but was not a generous portion. The venue is clean but not fancy. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We watched many people come to pick up their phoned in orders.

We went for fish and chips on my birthday July Went there at lunch time and nobody was in there when we arrived. Got all you can eat cod fish and chips. They give you three huge pieces and lots of fries. i think...it was each. Polluck is cheaper at each if you prefer that or cheaper. I have been to a few places like this but this is the best ive had and I know my fish. It is in a outside mall beside the hollywood theatre there

We had the best fish and chips ever at this restaurant. We were able to enjoy as much cod and chips as we wanted. The plate came with a generous portion of fries and large pieces of cod that were delicious. Before we even finished our second piece of cod, the waitress came back to ask if we wanted more. This is now our new favorite place.

Have never ventured to try this place. Either of their establishments. Decided to give it a try and not at all disappointed. Portions of halibut were awesome. Different batter than C Lovers but very good Prices are more than reasonable

Great Service Delicious Food Good Portion Sizes Fair Prices Hubby and I had the lunch specials. One was pollock and one was wild cod. Both delicious but cod definitely worth the extra couple of dollars. I’ll be back!

heard about this place from a Facebook post and was not disappointed. very cheap prices and HUGE shares. beautiful family that leads the square, very friendly. fish and chips were fresh and delicious!

Always predictable and good quality, service is attentive and good portion size. Always a place to sit and fair price.

This place is consistently good. Prices are competitive. I usually get to go but have eaten inside a few times.
