This location specifically screws up your order quite a bit your ether missing entire Burger for instance right now my chicken is extremely dry and it feels like it's been sitting out for at least 4 or 5 hours under a warmer it's not edible this specifically location every time I don't know what the deal is I have only ordered 3 times in the past 4 months and both orders were screwed up. Just check your food before you leave if you're going to the drive-thru and if you're ordering from Uber you're kind of screwed. Best bet if you like A&W hit another location i do because i love A&W its usually always delicious fresh and looks good
I can’t even believe I’m writing this, but I think this may have been the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The employees here MUST be smoking a fat one or smth. I ordered DoorDash and got an entirely different order with half of the food that we were expecting. None of the items matched except for the drinks. Now here’s the crazy part: as my partner was eating the burger we got, THEY FELT CARD BOARD IN THEIR MOUTH AND IT WAS A BREAD TIE. WHAT THE HELL. NEVER GO HERE GOOD GOD I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO REACT.
If your looking for the worst A&W in the city, look no further. They will get your order wrong and will “forget” about the bag cost. I love how they can do the least effort while doing the least effort. Thank you for a gleaming terrible
i was there tonight around 9:50pm when i had the most intelligent help. The lady had black hair and was extremely kind. Definitely made my whole experience!

I sometimes go to this location when I am around that area I have only gone inside the restaurant to eat and never tried their drive thru.
they were keep giving me wrong food, or even missing food in order, no service at all. People that work there so rude too!
