A&W Restaurant - Réserver une table

We stopped here and they don’t honor the exchange. Ok, we’ll use credit... nope don’t take that one. We will use this one...declined because it’s out of country. Two of us ordered a root beer float they come two different ways. One in a frosted glass (correct) and the other in a to-go cup (not correct). I ask why are they different and another lady says yours is in a to go cup. I say I am not getting it to go and want the frosted glass and she (not our person) gets snooty. Our person just swaps it to the correct glass. Food was okay and the sweet potato fries were great. Float was okay. Won’t go here again ever due to the exchange rate not being honored and it 10 minutes over the boarder! Lo...

I’ve been going here usually on Sundays for lunch as I like A&W food. The food is ok but never hot. The issue is how filthy the place is. Even though there was no one in there every table was dirty, the garbage was over flowing and the condiment table was disgusting. The young person at the cash was more interested in talking with the other staff than cleaning the place. Makes me wonder what the rest of the place looks like. Will not return and will try other places!

A & W is great for a change from the normal fast food selection in Woodstock. But be prepared for the cost. The food is good, but very expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Downfall......you need to have a second set of eyes when going through their drive thru as the crowds at the movie theatre next door do not pay any attention when speeding past to see the latest movie.

We stopped for lunch on our way to Halifax Airport. Several different restaurants within walking distance. A W was clean, friendly staff and service was quick. We had burgers and codfish as they do not serve hot dogs or orange drink as in the states!

I find the service was slow. The food is average as well. I think when you go threw a drive your food should be hot. It was not, If you have to wait for it. Why is it not hot.

This is a good burger chain,try the papa burger and have a root beer if you have never had one.Prices are resonable.

Stopped in last week for a late breakfast the sandwich I had was really great however the coffee was beyond strong.

Service is quick; food is excellent and kept very clean. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.

The food was mediocre for the most part, I mean its fast food. But I do like the frozen mugs for drinks.

Just a wonderful place to stop for an old fashioned root beer and traditional onion rings.
