We used to go here quite regularly, hadn't been for some time, so we were looking forward to our meal. BIG mistake. There were a few people ahead of us, no problem. One fellow serving. A young girl came out from cleaning the washrooms, bag...pf garbage and cleaning supplies in hand. She saw a bit of a line up, gasped, put down what she was carrying, and started serving customers. She did NOT wash her hands! My mistake was not saying something to her. She took our order, then seemed to have trouble figuring out how to put three root beers on three trays. (one was for the fellow ahead of us). There was a lady cooking who seemed to be in charge, but she didn't have a clue who was waiting for wh...
When the old owners left and were replaced, the place was never the same. First, the rip you off! They double charge, ask for credit card constantly (easier to rip you off) and the food is always smushed up. The portion sizes are really small...too. Second, the service is really bad. They take forever to take your order and the food is barely warm. Third, the building itself has changed. The original design is no longer in existence and I myself miss that. Finally, the place is very messy. Wrappers, mugs, takeout cups and other garbage/mess is hardly ever clean. It’s difficult to find a clean place to sit. Do not consider dining at this establishment. It’s not worth it. You’re better off eat...
A&W is typically one of my go-to restaurants, but I was highly let down by my recent online order. I ordered a plain chicken burger, which is usually generously sized and high in quality, but this time it seemed like it came from a completely different place... the bun was different and lower quality, and the chicken patty was smaller than the bun. Normally, the chicken is so big it doesn't even fit in the bun. Another family member received an extra chicken finger and a free apple pie, which was odd. The online service was completely unsatisfactory.
Ordered a Mama burger, Onion rings, Pepsi a Apple pie Wow! Got my food... Four no joke four Onion rings. Took them back got fresh Onion rings. My Mama burger was discusting took a bite the Mayo on it was insane! Not...the same..... Won't go again or recommend for a Fast Food Fix The women at Drive Thru was terrible didn't understand English. Wth...is she on Drive Thru? Really gone down hill
I tell you what I've been eating A&W every Tuesday for the past years and it just keeps getting better and better, I can not express in words how much I love their chubby chicken burger. A&W is my Sherpa in the metaphorical climb...of Mt. Everest that is life. Thank you A&W for making me the person I am today and God bless.
My mom was craving A&W so we decided to get lunch from the drive-thru. The Mama Burgers we ordered did not live up to the ones you see on TV. They were terrible! The French fries were dry and flavourless, and the onion rings were excessively greasy. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not be returning to A&W.
As a film professional, I often need to place last-minute orders for large quantities of food. This A&W restaurant has consistently been accommodating and had no problem fulfilling my order quickly! Thank you for your excellent service, I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you!
