Unfortunately, my visit to the Bärli restaurant was very disappointing. I had ordered an entrecôte medium rare, but was served medium rare, which was way too well done for me. When I politely pointed this out to the waitress, she responded indifferently and said she understood medium . The waitress didn 't take me seriously, didn 't respond appropriately, and didn 't even apologize or make a suggestion for improvement. Very rude and unprofessional service. It 's a shame about the visit, I won 't be back.
