I give five stars for the staff and the location, but only two stars for the bagel, so my overall rating is about three stars. I’m not sure if it was just the flagel I ordered, but it was quite hard. The cream cheese spread was good, but the bagel itself didn’t meet my expectations. I’d like to try a regular bagel next time to see if there's a difference.
order a dozen rosin bagels and the bagels have like something on the outside, which make it hard and I don't like, some kind of glamour or a kind of coating is placed on the outside if they were halfway decent, they would probably have been my business, butneck tea bagel is by far best, second would paramus bagel

Came here to check out all the hype since they came to Teaneck, and was quickly falling in love. Great bagels, the staff are absolutely amazing and helpful
The bagels were highly disappointing, as they tasted several days old. I ordered two blueberry muffins, but instead received two stale crumb cakes.
