Cold brew coffee was really good, chicken pesto basil sandwich tasted decent but the bagel was soggy, kinda defeats the purpose of eating a ?chewy?bagel IMO. Just don?t eat outside, can?t verify what?s in the photo but looks like it?s been there a minute,we were sitting on the bench next to it, I hope my daughter didn?t touch the wall as she got up on the bench. I didn?t notice ituntil after we had finished eating. It?s not necessarily their fault, but it looks like it?s been there awhile and I don?tblame them for not wanting to clean it up. Maybe at least move the table away from that area if your gonna wait until the rainwashes it away. Sometimes I see hope on the horizon for the ?civilize...
The food is fine, but the service is consistently terrible. Every time I go, ordering feels like you have personally insulted the staff with your presence, and this morning you were lucky if they remembered to make your order. My ticket got thrown outwithout being made so I had to remind them what it was, and shout-out to the dude who left with nothing when it was clear theyhadn't even started making his order. Company culture is clearly toxic because I have seen many different faces behind thecounter and have gotten very consistent unprofessional service every time. Two stars because, like I said, the bagels aredecent.
It feels just like being in New York! The key is in the boiling process, which is why Bagel Company reminds us of the wonderful times we had in NY. My husband, who was born and raised in New York, moved to Kalispell to retire 20 years ago, and we can’t visit Helena without bringing back two dozen bagels! We’ve perfected the routine of slicing, individually freezing, and thawing them so that it feels like we’re eating them fresh the day we brought them home.
Worst staff/ customer service . I wasn’t greeted , smiled at, a knowledge whatsoever . Basically what do you want … for the price of their bagels , you’d think they could at least say hi . And thank you !

Delicious Turkey with everything, I was hungry! Veggie cream cheese, and a 7up (no caffeine) !!! Absolutely delicious!!! It had been such a long time since I was there!

Awesome bagels, friendly staff, and some great tunes too. This place was so good we ate here 3 times during our stay in Helena.

Nice place for a quick bagel sandwich and decent espresso. Will be returning to try other bagel varieties for sure.
