The bagels and coffee here are fantastic. The combination of honey butter and bacon is simply delicious! The bacon isn’t smoked, which gives it a wonderfully sweet flavor. I also enjoyed the lox bagel; it had just the right amount of raw onions, and the tomato added a nice lightness. However, the restaurant itself is quite cramped, which explains why it’s always so busy. Although there was a lengthy line, the staff didn’t seem to be in a hurry to serve customers.
The online ordering process was a breeze, and my order was prepared incredibly quickly. I really enjoyed the Maple Latte – it wasn't overly sweet at all. The lox cream cheese bagel, with added sprouts, was fantastic. While there wasn't as much salmon as I’ve seen at other places, the everything bagel was perfectly seasoned.
Outstanding service, fantastic atmosphere, and delicious vegan-friendly food. I highly recommend it, a solid 10/10! While there's no significant indoor seating, it's a perfect spot for grabbing food and coffee.

WOW, this cappuccino was so good. I could say this is one of the most delicious cappuccinos I have ever drunk! The emblem, Pigeon?, looks so cute as well.
