"I visited Bagelafe at 8:30 AM and the bagels were fantastic—no complaints there! They were fresh and delicious. However, the service could definitely use some improvement. When I inquired about the free coffee mentioned on the menu, the staff member sharply informed me that it only applied to a BEC bagel, which wasn't clearly indicated. A bit more clarity and friendliness would really enhance the experience. The food is great, but the customer service needs some attention. The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy delicious meals. What really made the visit special was the owner's warmth and friendliness. What a fantastic place! It's cozy like a coffee shop yet very spacious, and it's impeccably clean. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive! I had the ladybird sandwich (without jalapeños because I’m not a fan) and it was delicious! The turkey was of excellent quality, served on a fresh Kaiser roll. My boyfriend ordered the classic bacon, egg, and cheese, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The bacon was beef bacon to meet Halal standards, and I tried a bit—it was amazing! We will definitely return.
