I've been visiting this bagel shop since I was a child, and it has become a true neighborhood favorite. The bagels are delicious, the orders are handled fairly quickly, and the staff is friendly! I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews, but I think they come down to personal preferences regarding bagel texture: these bagels are on the doughier and chewier side, yet I've never had anything here that was inedible or undercooked. I recently visited a restaurant that claims to serve the world's smallest bagel, and I have to say, I was left scratching my head. I ordered the tuna salad with bacon on a bagel for $11, but it was hardly worth the price. If it had been a full-sized bagel packed with more tuna, I might have felt better about it. Charging full sandwich prices for something that resembled a hockey puck is just not right. I go to bagels on the Hudson several times a month. however, I don't like that the price changes all the time for a bagel with butter. it's usually $2 and change. just this week, I was charged $3.25!! also, there is a woman named Kim, who is a bit unfriendly and seems put off when you're trying to order.
