Been wanting to try this place as we usually go to the BBQ place behind it. This restaurant definitely can be seen from the street. Upon walking in I noticed how big the place was. Tons of seating with nice wooden chairs and tables. There are a lot of large copper (at least I think they're copper) bowls hanging above the area where they build your meal. You walk up to the menu and then order. You watch them make your meal as you specify the ingredients you would like. Everything looked good. Some times, we will have to order tacos or something simple here 2-4x a month, and we never complain -but- if it's delivery: it will be cold or made wrong and if/when we go in person (since I'm from California), we expect to get authentic treatment as if we are Hispanic, get conversation and see an interest in us and what we are doing. watch our tortillas get cooked correctly, small little authentic additions that make the food taste well and just the right proper portions and instead we got grumpy faces, low effort and challenges with getting food made well or even with a partial smile. Meat not held to temp and obviously they mixed up their meats worst $60 we ever spent as a family. Took one bite of rice, one bite of the lime chicken, one bite of chipotle pork, and the kids started eating their pinto beans but we stopped them once realizing there were multiple issues with our food and something didn't taste right. Employees were super rude, our entire meal went in the trash, zero empathy. Save your money and go to Chipotle!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Surprisingly good! It looks to be a fast food restaurant on the outside, but is elegantly decorated having a high ceiling with huge hanging lanterns. The food is made fresh in front of you and served cafeteria style, like Chipotle. But the atmosphere here is much more of a restaurant. The portion sizes are generous, the food was good and the service was friendly.

This place had a great calm atmosphere, when you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a nice size menu on the wall. They have it set up in a similar fashion to a sandwich shop, how they add to your order. We sat down and I could hardly take a picture before everything was halfway gone! Everyone liked everything they got, which was a win with our picky eaters.

Decent food and service. Reminds me of Cafe Rio! The facility is very clean and staff is friendly. Their front door is tricky to get too because it's in the home depot parking lot, but other than that things go great here. I'd probably go here again if I was in the area and hungry for something quick and comforting.

This was my first visit to Bajio. A bit of a Chipotle-esque vibe where you create your own burrito. That's where the similarities end. There is a vast array of other entrees that all look delicious. Employees were super friendly and happy to converse and make recommendations. I will be back! Réservez une table maintenant

Customer service was great, very friendly people. Ambiance was good. Unfortunately I stand by my previous review. The food was just average. I feel like it was too expensive for what I got. Not my cup of tea but my family seemed to enjoy their choices.
