I visited Dunkin' to order ice cream from Baskin Robbins, but the self-serve kiosks made the staff ignore me entirely when I approached the counter. It’s important to mention that the Baskin Robbins menu isn’t available on the kiosks. I waited over five minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and when they finally did, the employee was quite rude while taking my order. It took 13 minutes to get my iced coffee and 20 minutes to receive just two scoops of ice cream. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. This is actually the second time I’ve experienced such poor service at Dunkin'.
I'm sitting in the truck at my daughter's softball game because, instead of decaf, Dunkin'给我了咖啡因, and now I'm having a panic attack. There's a reason people ask for decaf! We enjoy the taste but can't handle all that caffeine. This isn't the first time we've had issues here; there have been several occasions when they've forgotten an order or messed something up. I've stayed quiet before, but this time really takes the cake, and I'm frustrated.
Stopped by Dunkin today for a drink/bite to eat and figured we would go inside to cool down as well due to the high temperatures. There was absolutely no air conditioning on inside. Service was good however we couldn't stay due to being veryhot inside. I felt so bad for the employees as they looked exhausted due to the heat however they stayed in high spirits. Thankyou to the amazing staff for preparing our food and drinks as it was very good.
The staff at Dunkin' tends to be unfriendly, particularly the young women at the drive-thru window, including one with short blonde hair and multiple ear piercings, along with another who has long black hair and braces. I've encountered some rude comments from them, and it's disappointing to see them on Snapchat while they're supposed to be working. Overall, the quality of service at Dunkin' has declined.

Edit: They are slowly declining in every aspect. This location is always pretty busy but they seem to get through pretty quickly. I never really had a bad order. I should only give them 4 stars for charging .10 per pump of swirl or shot as theyare the only ones around that do it. Edit: Donuts have went down hill. The owners are cheap and it shows.
Super clean and friendly staff. Quality product as well. Downside is there isn?t any AC on. Asked if they could turn it on as I was there with my kids and I was told ?it would be looked into?. Went into the establishment a couple days later still no ACon. I can?t imagine how the employees maintain.
I waited far too long to be served and eventually had to ask if they were going to take our order or if we should just leave. There were only five employees on duty at the time. It's disappointing to see how much Shrewsbury has changed since I used to live here.
Best dunkin I have been to in a while. Very fast and efficient- but I ordered on the mobile app and went in to pick it up, because the drive thru was probably 10 cars long. 3 coffees in 2 mins. Can't beat that.

This Dunkin' location offers the worst service I’ve experienced at any Baskin-Robbins or Dunkin', and their prices are extremely high given the very small portion sizes.
