Terrible service. Every time I go to this location, the wait time and the quality of the food are unacceptable. I visited tonight for some ice cream, which should have been a straightforward order. I ordered three different single scoops, and each cup was only three-quarters full. If my daughter hadn't been in the car, excited for her ice cream, I would have gone inside and returned what I received from the drive-thru.
Even though I live in Dumfries, I always visit this Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins. They take special care with my complicated milkshakes and always make them perfectly. The staff is incredibly friendly and never makes me feel like I'm annoying them by placing an order, unlike many places I've been to recently.
I traveled 20 miles to Baskin-Robbins at 1 AM on New Year's Eve to enjoy some ice cream, but I was disappointed to find out they only accept cash. It didn’t make sense, especially with such a great menu to choose from!
I just bought one scoop of almond Jamaica ice cream and actually what I received is 30% of one scoop. Was I placed on an intentional diet? But I?m in shape and fit. Why would this place do that to me? Réservez une table maintenant
