This morning, I went to a restaurant to order a Cappuccino Blast. Unfortunately, the register inside was not working, so I was directed to wait in the long drive-thru line for service. They mentioned that I could also place an order for Dunkin Doughnuts inside. When I inquired about why they couldn't ring me up from the drive-thru register, an employee suggested I try another Dunkin Doughnuts location. Despite living in the area for only three weeks, I would like to continue visiting this particular spot due to its proximity to my house. However, when I asked for the district manager's contact information, I was informed that it couldn't be provided as there are no managers on site. I believ...
This restaurant is decent for donuts, coffee, and hash browns. However, I had a negative experience when they gave me the wrong donut order once through the drive-thru. I would not recommend trying anything else from their menu. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake and received a Cookies-n-cream shake instead. The shake was very thin, almost like a glass of milk with ground Oreos mixed in. Despite my complaint, the employees insisted that it was a chocolate chip cookie dough shake. If your order is incorrect, I suggest just taking it with you to avoid wasting time and frustration.
I went to purchase two prepackaged quarts of ice cream that I usually buy at a different Baskin Robbins location. I looked at the prices posted, asked for the price for two quarts, and the clerk rang up a price over $2.00 more than expected. When I brought up the posted prices, the clerk claimed they were wrong, didn't know about any pricing for two prepackaged quarts, and said he couldn't do anything about it. It made me wonder if he pocketed the difference. I will not be returning to this location. Please correct your prices, as they are higher than other Baskin Robbins stores.
There's no comparison to Dunkin Donuts. They serve the most delicious coffee (as they say, true friends don't let friends drink Starbucks) and the freshest donuts. Dunkin has been my go-to for powering through long work days, late night study sessions, and midnight cravings. And now that they've teamed up with Baskin Robbins, it's a perfect combination of carbs and sugar that is a dream come true.

If you're on post and get a late night sweet tooth, keep driving to another location. We arrived at 7:30 because google maps says they're open until 10pm. We got there and the doors were locked. Was told they're only doing DD drive through. They obviously are doing whatever they want in there. No signs posted of early closure for the ice cream side. Just go to ColdStone it's way better anyway!!!
Don’t go here for any pre-designed sundaes like a banana split or one of their layered sundaes) because even though they are on the BR website in the case of the banana split still on the store’s menu board), they don’t offer them anymore. Just some kiddie ones and the boring sundaes with a sauce and whipped cream. Won’t be back. And I’ll take my Dunkin’ business to another location as well.
For the second time in a row, I've left the drive-through line because it wasn't moving at all. The last time I was served here, they were out of several common flavors, and the time before that, I was handed a ridiculously small cone. An ice cream cone is supposed to bring happiness, but this location only serves misery. Skip this place and go elsewhere for your ice cream.
This restaurant should be called "soft serve" because my one scoop melted before I could even finish it. The ice cream was way too soft. It's a shame that this ice cream used to be the best. Please turn your coolers back down to where they used to be so the ice cream will be good again. It was much too soft.

They had flies on the donuts. The customer service is mediocre. Walked in and stood and no one said anything, including the manager . Had an ice cream that was so gritty like it was there for years. It was so terrible I threw it away. 0/10
This place is a Dunkin Donuts Bask in Robins combo. It is a nice neighborhood ice cream/coffee shop but the many employees don't seem to be well trained. Coffee is hit or miss. Make sure u taste ur coffee before u leave.
