Every time I visit Baskin-Robbins to order from their menu, there’s always a tall employee who keeps my order until I pay. If trust is an issue, perhaps this neighborhood—and that towering staff member—aren’t the right place for you.

I paid $4.35 for a very small scoop, which felt like a complete rip-off. It was especially unpleasant when the staff appeared to be talking about me in their own language. Overall, it was not a good experience.

The place was really neat and the customer service was great. There were so many flavors of ice cream and everything was still fresh. It was a pretty cold day today but it was very worth it.
