This is my third strike before posting a review. For the third consecutive time, this Baskin-Robbins has confirmed an order on Uber Eats or DoorDash, only to wait over 25 minutes to inform us that they have none of the items in stock. They didn’t have a single thing we ordered! Why take our money? Why keep the orders available online? It’s a complete waste of my time and, even worse, it wastes the time of the delivery driver trying to make a living. The person managing this place should be out of a job by tomorrow morning.
I ordered two iced coffees and ended up waiting around 20 minutes for them to be prepared. I had specifically asked for a caramel iced coffee, but I was given a regular one instead. I won’t be returning.
The customer service at this location is exceptional! This is the only Dunkin' Donuts where I’ve been able to find my favorite blueberry pomegranate refresher, and I’ve searched for it everywhere!
The service was satisfactory, but they definitely need to offer hand sanitizer for cleaning and disinfecting purposes. I even requested some from behind the counter, but it was unavailable!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I ordered a banana split, and all I received were three scoops of ice cream and two slices of banana.
The lemon blackberry is some of the best I’ve ever had! Chocolate lovers was yummy too. Inside is very clean and cold like most ice cream stores.
I accidentally showed a Dunkin' QR code while ordering a Coolatta, and the staff was generous enough to give me the drink for free.

I received prompt service, and a delightful new staff member suggested a smoothie that I ended up really craving.
