I ordered a turtle sundae, and I assumed it would have pecans, as that’s a standard ingredient. However, to my disappointment, there weren’t any pecans at all—I searched the entire cup! I was so upset, I almost cried. Perhaps this is what happens when Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins merge; maybe they’re unaware that pecans are a key component of a turtle sundae. On a positive note, the store was clean and the service was fast.
I visit this location nearly every day. The staff is incredibly friendly and knows my order by heart. It's the staff that makes me love this place so much—they're all amazing! Plus, they always have the ingredients to make my cappuccino blast.
Avoid this location. The the menu is sparse and you never know what they have until you ask. Also, the ice cream is always on the verge of melting. The Franklin Park location is better.
The donuts were hard and tasted like they’ve been out for 3 days ? service was awful if you’re black you have to wait 10 minutes to get served even if you’re first in line Réservez une table maintenant
Overnight staff does not wear masks or gloves and is very disrespectful!!!!! Order taker couldn't hear and started yelling at me as he was taking my order
