I typically visit this location with my family, but last night was quite disappointing. I arrived around 8:30 PM, as the posted hours indicated they would be open until 9 PM, only to find out that they were only serving coffee. When I inquired with the three employees who were gathered at the counter, engrossed in their phones and chatting, about why the Baskin Robbins section was closed, one of them, Jessica, explained that they had shut it down early to clean up before their 9 PM closing time. I mentioned that there was still half an hour left, but she insisted that it was their policy. This level of service felt very unprofessional.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I strongly suggest making the extra effort to visit the locations in Greenbelt or Queens Chapel instead. This place has a poor selection of ice creams, and when I requested a smoothie, I was met with excuses like, "Oh, we don’t have this or that." What’s the point of being open if you don’t have the essential ingredients? Additionally, the customer service was quite disappointing. If the staff isn’t willing to perform their duties or provide good service, they might be better off in a role that doesn't involve customer interaction.
My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Baskin-Robbins! The staff was friendly and incredibly patient as I sorted out some card issues. The store was impeccably clean, and everyone was wearing masks, which made us feel comfortable. The ice cream portions were ample and packed with delightful flavors, making them worth every penny. It was a pleasant change from the tiny servings that usually leave me second-guessing my choice. Delicious!
After a week of running around making sure my son had everything for prom I thought I deserve to treat. So I got a Sunday he got a two scoop phone. I haven't been to Baskin-Robbins and such a long time. Definitely worth the trip. And did I say the staffwas incredible. Great group of people. Sorry no pictures we started eating before we remembered to take some ????

Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins have joined forces, and my experience was fantastic! The customer service was prompt and welcoming, and the treats—if you can really consider donuts food—were of excellent quality and fresh. They also provide curbside pickup and have outdoor seating available!

The customer service could have been better, especially in terms of avoiding any upselling. I simply wanted two scoops with two different flavors, but instead, I was asked if I preferred two single scoops, which seemed like a way to charge extra. It felt a bit shady!
I truly appreciate the ambiance of the restaurant. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly, providing the best customer service experience I've had in the six years I've been in the PG district. Great job, everyone!

The atmosphere is clean, and the customer service is outstanding. The flavor options are exactly what you'd expect, and the aroma of the donuts is absolutely delightful.
Too early to tell but I come in at 4am and I peacefully order and they are kindly giving me my coffee. How about that!!
