Bayou Jack's Cajun Grill Roanoke

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I really hope Jack sees this. I’ve been a loyal customer at Bayou Jacks for over seven years. During crawfish season, my wife, family, and friends and I eat there at least two nights a week. I visit so often that they even named a drink after me. Now that I've established my long-standing patronage, what has happened to Bayou Jacks?! We went there last night, and all the familiar staff were gone! Last night marked Stephen’s last shift; he had been my waiter for over five years. Ashley, Sierra, Miley, and Mary are all gone too! Ever since Kim, the general manager, left, this new guy has come in and driven away all the loyal employees who made Bayou...

If you're a fan of Cajun cuisine, you're sure to enjoy this restaurant. The catfish received a rating of 4.5 out of 5. All of the side dishes were outstanding. We had a party of 16, and each person remarked that their meal was exceptional. The service was both efficient and friendly.

I love eating here I always get the fried gator basket. The gator is crispy and juicy and the seasoning just slaps. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere Is vibrant and clean. This is by far my favorite place to eat.

I’ve gone here for years and absolutely love it. My favorite used to be the Calamari Salad. They got rid of that and my new favorite is the Shrimp and Grits or the Red Beans and Rice. I wish they would bring back that salad though! Réservez une table maintenant

Great place! We had the app Natchitoches that was fantastic. The garlic pesto bread was full of parmesan and too salty for me. Also had the Zydeco Catfish. It was awesome. Staff was great! We will be bringing friends next time.

I had dinner there tonight, and the food was excellent! The waitstaff were incredibly friendly, and it seems like the management has made a significant improvement. The restaurant is really turning around. Thank you all!

Came here with son and his family. So many good choices for the kids to choose such that each had a separate one: corn dogs, pizza and macaroni cheese. I love the catfish

They have my favorite bayou fries! And the Mudslide dessert was the best!
