I decided to wing it and give this place a try this week. The vibe was that of a typical micro pub. Standing room only at 7:00 pm.  waited only about 15 minutes for a table though. The staff was pleasant and not pushy as I looked it over carefully.  I started with the appetizer of shrimp. These were spot on! 6 big juicy ones that had some house made beer batter. The dipping sauces were very good but possible I could have done without it as the batter was so good. The shrimp was done just right golden brown with no heavy areas that were too dark. J'ai lu une majorité des critiques avant de venir manger ici. La plupart des gens ont déclaré que la nourriture était grande, médiocre ou trop chère et que le service était affreux. de de Mon petit ami a eu la pizza au poulet Buffalo et nous avons pensé que c'était très bien. I read a majority of the reviews before we came to eat here. Most people said the food was either great, mediocre or too expensive and the service was awful. My boyfriend got the buffalo chicken pizza and we thought it was pretty good. I got the fish tacos...not so great. My fish was tough and I didn't care for it. My beer was awesome! I got the one that attracts gnomes and makes friends envious! It was a little pricey but hit the spot. As far as the service...not over the top customer service but when we started conversation with out server he spoke back. He as actually kind of funny when he started talking too. Très sympathique et emballé avec la famille et les enfants. J'ai commandé un burrito de poulet grillé en bois dur qui était très bon. Haricots noirs, riz, soupçon de poulet de chaux. Et un ordre de frites en colère qui coupe des frites, des bits Jalapeño, du fromage Pimento avec un côté de la sauce habile à tremper de Habanero (SHHH! N'était pas vraiment chaud du tout). Dans l'ensemble, c'était une bonne nourriture, un excellent service, un bon prix et une bonne ambiance.

Very friendly and packed with family and kids. I ordered a Hard wood grilled chicken burrito which was very good. Black beans, rice, chicken hint of lime. And an order of Angry fries which is cut fries, jalapeño bits, pimento cheese with a side of habanero dipping sauce ( Shhh! was not really hot at all). All in all it was good food, great service, good price and great atmosphere.

Fish tacos with red beans and rice at the tap room. Seasonings weren't really there, but good idea for components. Loved the beer selection for Roanoke, definitely more vast than some of the places I've seen. Staff and atmosphere were definitely energetic! Being a chef I am very critical however I would not count out a return visit.

Bonne sélection de la bière, un grand brunch du dimanche, un beau patio qui est convivial pour chien, près du Roanoke Greenway si super endroit pour une bière ou une boisson après une promenade à pied / course à pied / à vélo. Très bon service. Réservez une table maintenant

Good beer selection, great Sunday brunch, nice patio that is dog friendly, near the Roanoke greenway so great place for a beer or drink after a walk/run/bike ride. Great service.

Yum, swordfish tacos with cranberry! Table mates burger great; service fine; facility worthy of a party. Too many tap choices! All very good.
