When I first tried it they has just opened and I guess were still working out some kinks Today, I had a pork BBQ banh mi. It was very obvious that the bread was freshly baked. viet subs roanoke va. I have eaten banh mi from north carolina to northern virginia and the best place by far is viet subs! I tried everything, and I was never disappointed. when they enter first, they will notice that it is a very clean, bright and welcoming restaurant. the owners tu' and khoi a young couple who lives the American dream are very friendly and helpful. Now we're here to eat. the basis of each great sandwiches is the brot, and the baguettes here are amazing light airy pieces of the sky with a sharp crust that would be the envy of any French baker. I recommend trying the #7 (Banh Mi) veggie sandwich without mayo and adding fried tofu – it's delicious. The bread is freshly made in-house. Also, be sure to try the Rice vermicelli (veggie) and the fresh spring roll with tofu and peanut sauce. And for dessert, don't miss out on the sesame ball. Highly recommended!
the prices are fantastic, the owners are very nice, patient and helpful, and especially the eating is amazing! viet sub has the best banh mis in meils, and their spring rolls are also great. all their food tastes very fresh, and is full of the traditional Vietnamese aromas they expect.
