Today, my girlfriend and I planned to grab a quick bite before our train was set to arrive. Since the Beach Diner is right in front of Point Pleasant Beach Station and wasn’t busy, we decided to go there. We sat in a booth, ordered drinks, and placed our order—a black bean burger and a Jersey burger, which should have been straightforward. As we waited, I noticed the waitresses leaving with large bags of food. After nearly thirty minutes, my girlfriend and I were beginning to lose patience; we were the only customers, and our order wasn’t complicated at all. Finally, after waiting over half an hour, the waitress informed us that they had run out of black beans. We placed our order thirty mi...

Such a nostalgic place, so nice and quaint. The food is always hot and fresh and if there isn't anything on the menu you like ask for it they will be more than happy to make it for you. Terry was our waitress for the duration of our stay and she was amazing, super friendly and service was quick. Prices are also very reasonable I almost felt like I was robbing them the prices were so low but the quantity and quality was excellent! I'll be back next summer and the next and the next because of the excellent service. :Update... I met the owner for the first time and she was not only beautiful but super friendly and she asked me if I was Annie but I think I miss understood and she was actually l...

I'd really say 3.5 stars. Make sure to approach from Cincinnati Ave, which is a one-way street, to enter the diner's back parking lot. Otherwise, parking can be tough on busy Arnold Ave in summer/tourist season. The food was okay, but service wasn't good. The waitress was very slow in checking in with us, empty glasses sat for quite a while, even though it wasn't that busy. The staff were mostly huddled together talking with each other and one or two local yokels. A woman sitting near us had to send her fish back because it was bad. The waitress agreed and apologized, so be careful there. Food was okay, typical diner fare.

We initially waited for quite some time without any of the staff assisting us, and eventually, two additional groups arrived after us. However, my family and I decided to give the restaurant another chance, and we were glad we did. Jennifer, our waitress, was incredibly sweet and lovely. Our breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we even returned the next day for more. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I regret not knowing that my first visit coincided with a power outage, which influenced my decision to leave. I apologize for my first review; I've increased my rating and wish I could give more than five stars! Réservez une table maintenant

We initially waited to be seated, but no one from the staff came to assist us, so we ended up leaving, along with two other groups. However, we decided to give the restaurant another chance, and we were glad we did! Our waitress, Jennifer, was incredibly sweet and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we even returned the next day for more. Everyone was welcoming and kind. I wish I had known about the power outage during my first visit, which led me to walk out. I apologize for my earlier review; I've increased my rating and wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

This diner is located in the heart of point pleasant beach. Kids get to watch the trains go by as we relax and eat. The menu is full of fresh and homemade options. Friendly staff the owner is always there working hard. Weekends tend to be busy, (Expected) but we don't mind waiting because we are always sitting with a full cup of coffee friendly conversation.

Update: I met the owner for the first time, and she was not only lovely but also very friendly. She even asked if I was Annie, but I think I misunderstood her and she was actually looking for me, Andy! Haha! This place is a gold mine—great food, excellent service, and a delightful atmosphere. I’ll miss this place, but we will definitely be back next summer!

What a quaint nice place. Love to sit at the counter and enjoy my coffee and breakfast. Always fresh and delicious. Give this place a try. Love the fact they have kids working there, somewhere along the line they need to have jobs and not just playing with tech. Other diners have old hags who smell of smoke, I'll take this anytime, keep up the great work! Réservez une table maintenant
