I had really high hopes for this place. It was around the corner from my house and I love to support local businesses. I went for breakfast on a Saturday. I actually read a lot of mixed reviews but was hoping for the best. The first thing that I can say is that the hot mocha was absolutely amazing I loved it. It was like an adult chocolate milk. Wow! This place just blew me away. It's owned by an Algerian woman, and the menu is heavily influenced by the cuisine of that country. And that is a very good thing. However, they have all sorts of great dishes from the different cuisines, and really good breakfast dishes as well. My family and I stopped here on a cross-country road trip, and thank God for Yelp because we would not otherwise have found it. It's kind of like a bar and kind of like a cafe, but not really either. We came in for breakfast on a weekday and ordered the early bird plate, a couple croissants, and the banana Nutella pancakes. Now, in terms of food, the Bombay homefries had a great unique flavor, the pancakes were delicious and had a generous serving of Nutella, and the Algerian latte was very good. Now, the service on the other hand was an entirely different story. 20 minutes after ordering we were told that they did not have croissants. And they were confused about what we ordered as well. I went out to dinner with my mother last night at this restaurant and it was absolutely incredible! The bartender was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. One thing to note for those who are interested, they do not have cable TV, so there are no sports or shows playing. However, the bartender kindly allowed us to choose a YouTube channel to watch on the TVs. I tried the vegan tacos and they were hands down the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning for more of those!

I am so sad that Cici is leaving! The BHC is the coziest place in the Burgs. I have had such delicious food and great memories made here. I will truly miss the talent and warming vibes! All the best to you, Cici...You are a talented young woman to whom I wish the very best!
Visited on a Sunday night with my mom and my sister. Heather was our server/bartender, she was absolutely wonderful and made us all beautifully crafted cocktails! She was a delight. Will definitely be back again, SOON!
Used to be a great place with vegetarian options and awesome middle eastern influences.It's recently been sold/bought and is being rebranded.I'm sure I won't be the only one to miss this place as it was.
A shocker of incredibly delicious and impeccably made food. We had breakfast there and were totally blown away by the unique and super flavorable dishes.
