Their A/C was broken in a very hot Saturday lunch hour the temp was almost 86 inside . the lights kept going off. The service was slow and uninformed about wine lists or daily menu, they were nice but didn't know anything . If you open an Italian restaurant then you better have a really good lasagna in your menu . This place had the worst! Antipasto was soggy , the only ok item was the kale salad,and the gelato was a joke of a small melted scoop in the plate to end this memorable meal but for all the wrong reasons!
My wife and I were looking for an Italian restaurant that would prepare us for our trip to the Amalfi Coast in October. We found it in Monrovia and were quite surprised at the quality of the food, the wonderful ambience and the feel of being back in Italy. The prices were better than expected and they make a great Martini! The bread just melts in your mouth. We are definitely going back and taking friends with us.
Our favorite downtown Monrovia restaurant was not top notch tonight. Service was lacking and food presentation/taste was not as it has been in the past. Hopefully it was just an off night. We prefer to dine here when the expo chef is in charge and he was not working.
We needed to order a meal that was quite varied from what the menu ordered and the server was beyond gracious and patient. The kitchen was very accommodating as well. The rest of our party thoroughly enjoyed our dinner as well. Delicious! Thank you so much!

The food is fantastic and the wait staff is wonderful. The prices are very reasonable and their specials are a foodies treat. My wife and I have been 3 times and have not been disappointed. We had different wait staff each time and they were all excellent.
The Portabello fries were enjoyable, but the lasagna was disappointing. The cheese had a rubbery texture, and there was barely a teaspoon of ricotta in the dish. On a positive note, the service was excellent.
My wife and I visit this restaurant nearly every Friday night. We absolutely enjoy the food, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic. We really love it!
The restaurant looks great after its renovation. Don't miss the bacon-wrapped dates; they're a must-try!

it was a nice evening. so loud and noisy that we couldnt have a conversation without yelling
