I stopped by this restaurant because it was conveniently located next to the MGM Grand Theater. Unfortunately, they were out of several items, including the spinach and cheese quiche, which was what I really wanted. The premade sandwiches were mediocre at best; I even had a prosciutto panini that contained undercooked meat. The Nutella croissant was quite good, but at $6.50, it felt overpriced. I stopped by for a quick bite during a break in a poker tournament just upstairs. There was only one person working, but it was a Wednesday around 5 PM, so I figured that was to be expected. All the sandwiches and paninis looked tempting, loaded with large, fresh ingredients. However, I didn't have time to wait for them to toast, sear, or press. This restaurant is conveniently situated in the Atrium near the casino entrance. It wasn't very busy during my visit, but I can imagine that there could be long lines during events or peak times. The staff is friendly, although they occasionally run out of certain items; for instance, they were out of almond cookies when I stopped by. While dining, you can relax and take in the view of the atrium, accompanied by a pleasant ambiance of background sounds. The space is always kept clean, and sometimes they offer complimentary bottled water.
need to hire more employees to meet the demand of breakfast rush. felt sorry for employee behind the counter, they are doing their best i saw that but the ratio of the customers in line vs the employees is not ideal for a bussiness to thrive and then you have a manager that was rude to us after patiently waiting for 35 min for our 2 vegetable flatbread that was burned, yes it was, and the manager sarcastically kept on saying give me a second , give me a second she was so rude!!! this was the morning thurs after the bruno mars concert

The directions on Google Maps led us to non-existent roads. Bellaire Patisserie is situated inside the MGM Casino. To get there, enter the parking deck (which is free) and head to the casino level; you can find it near the MGM Theater and Ginger Restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating. During our visit, their computer system was down, but the team managed the situation effectively. We ordered three cupcakes that were the size of mini-cakes, beautifully topped with piped frosting.
Might be the slowest and most well staffed restaurant I’ve ever been too. Between the staff counting cash on the table and other people just wandering, it’s amazing it’s still open. Also check your Receipt, they charge for more expensive items than what you ordered
The latte had a taste reminiscent of almost burnt milk. The staff were friendly, and the pastries appeared appetizing, but unfortunately, all I had was the disappointing coffee. It seemed like other patrons were enjoying their pastries, though.
I'll say I have never given a bad review, and 2 stars because the vanilla latte was good. The breakfast however, terrible! The hashbrowns and omelette are really a hard pass. A shame MGM doesnt encourage a nice breakfast establishment here.

As for the service, it was pretty good; I opted for takeout. The atmosphere seemed nice as well.
