the service was somewhat slow and the coffee not on the standard expected for a place this caliber eating was clearly all prefabricated and then reheated with beer and taken from a warmer nothing seemed fresh to be cooked on order, most sides were cold or hot best, indicating the pre-cooking, speck cooked earlier and folded, mushrooms had to be sent back, drill cold etc.
The food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. Even though we had a reservation, there was no table prepared for us. We had to ask for our food order to be taken and also had to request a second round of drinks. When the main course finally arrived, the side plates were overlooked and only brought to us halfway through our meal. This is not acceptable.

The dining experience was exceptional, and I couldn't find anything to criticize. However, they didn't have our reservation on record, even though OpenTable had confirmed it via email. Fortunately, they managed to accommodate us with a table. I had planned it as a surprise, but the booking didn't go as intended! Réservez une table maintenant
The quality of the food and coffee was good. I felt the service was a bit lacking and part of our order was forgotten. I feel the menu was limited. If we hadn’t have had a Great State voucher it would have been very expensive.
Fantastic service and hospitality. An amazing place to stay . Throughly enjoyed every aspect of the service Friendly staff . As well as the amazing surrounds .
The scotch fillet steak was amazing. Service was great and view really amazing.

"Had dinner here twice with friends, would not come again. Food was ok, but real terrible service. Not a single smile from any of Waitresses, served us with bad attitude the whole night. Also the food took ages to come, FYI we were their first group of customers for that evening, so don't understand what was the hold up."
