We were not satisfied. The walls are a a bit grim and have outdated and non-related paintings and pictures. The food used to be very good. As we recall, the patties were flavorful and the food felt homey and was a close resemblance to in and out. Now, it is the opposite. We got a chicken sandwich, shrimp sandwich, best burger, chili cheese fries, and chili cheese burrito. Out of this entire array, all of them were overcooked and bland. They did not season it well and it was just a major letdown from what we have experienced before. The only positives was that the food came out fast and the customer service was okay at best. I haven 't been here in at least 20 years and I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger combo. What has changed? Nothing. The burgers are just as delicious as I remember them. And the fries were crunchy and cooked to perfection. This place has been churning out best burgers for decades and it shows. Don 't let the dated interior deter you from eating here, the burger and fries are good to go! I honestly don't know how. Mac' Donald has so many sales when there's a place like Best Burger. I recommend this place without hesitation, it has the best burgers in the entire area in my experience. And take my word for it since my family and I are big burger eaters. Regarding the environment, I can only comment as constructive criticism, that I would like it to have better lighting, otherwise everything is 5 stars. Kid-friendliness: My children loved the food. I went there a few nights ago. Ordered veggie fried rice. Idk what they put in this rice but it was NOT Good! It had a lot of veggies cut into big pieces, barely cooked and little bit of rice. You come here for the burgers. Look closely at the place and the set up. If you come here for any fish or chinese product you will be disappointed. This includes any fish product in your burger. This is a burger place and the quality compared to the price point makes it 5 stars. $10 gets a 1/3 burger, fries, and drink. Excellent for todays prices.
I got a double bacon burger. It was well done, and still juicy. The bacon was thick and crispy, and stacked with fresh veggies. I would go back for the burger. I also got a fish and shrimp dinner that had absolutely no seasoning at all. It was fried, but everything including the fries were very bland. Food: 2 Service: 4
