Our host knew of this restaurant because his children attend the nearby school otherwise I daresay we would never have come to this place. Attached to the local tennis club, native Croat, Davor runs a fine restaurant with and excellent mix of Croatian and German cuisine. Thankfully, our host quickly ordered the house meat platter on our behalf and we were shortly treated to a large and well-cooked platter containing schnitzel, burger, kebab and sausage served with rice and French fries accompanied by some typical Croat side dishes. Desserts were available to follow but no-one in our party dared spoil our excellent main course by forcing anything else down. This place is a little off the beat...
Meine Frau und ich sind seit Übernahme des HTC-Restaurant durch Davor und Iva dort sehr gerne Gäste. Zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre kommt dort das sehr gute und vielseitige Essen, nach Kroatischer und Schwäbischer Art, dazu. Freundliche Bedienung durch den Chef ist genauso selbstverständlich, wie schnelle und schmackhafte Zubereitung durch das Team in der Küche.Auch Sonderwünsche werden gern und präzise erfüllt.Macht bitte weiter so, Ihr Lieben.Am 30.12.16 hatten Davor und Iva mal wieder was besonderes, eine WELTKLASSE Fisch und Frutti di Mare Platte, "nach kroatischer Art"!Auch dafür ***** Sterne und bitte um baldige WIEDERHOLUNG.
Service könnte durchaus freundlicher sein, nicht sehr zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich nicht als Gast, kein gutes Weinangebot, überwiegend Massenware, wenn man nach besseren fragt, die auf der Theke stehen, wird man belehrt, dass sie teuer seien, Zwiebel in der Salatsauce waren bitter, Fleisch ok, Pommes waren lauwarm und lapprig, haben schon in vielen jugoslawischen Restaurants gegessen, aber noch nie war ich vom Duvecreis so enttäuscht, eher ein Risotto ohne Tomaten und viel zu weich gekocht, schön dekorierter Gastraum, aber der reist auch nicht mehr raus
5 stars are not enough! extremely tasty, good food. service is unbeatable. we ordered to pick up, eating was done in 20min. you get a box with the ordered items before location. at home then the surprise: eating was on real tellers, not a disposable ceugs. that has really contributed to the flair. we have to bring back now, but it's worth it all. There was also a rose and 2 cookies free of charge. just great love! I really haven't experienced that when I pick up. I am thrilled!

Schon der Empfang ist hier besonders herzlich, die Bedienung ist super, schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Ein Restaurant, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Das Essen ist sehr lecker !!! Hier werden auch hin und wieder Kleinkunst-Veranstaltungen geboten, das ist auch eine gute Idee für einen schönen Abend - entweder zu zweit oder mit Freunden.
I'm totally excited! we ordered at iva before. so affectionate, with roses and Christmas cookies. and the best: everything on real taste! no styrofoam, just a little aluminum foil. and extremely delicious!
