Big Bone Bbq Wicked Wings-whitby

I really wanted to like this place as I am a big fan of the Maple and Markham location but unfortunately my group and I didn?t have the best experience. The place was empty on a weekend night and we waited 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. Weeventually ended up going to the cash register to order our food (which we are perfectly fine with doing but we were under theexpectation that someone would have taken our order at the table). When the waiter gave us our pitcher of water, some of thewater spilt on the the table as she put it down. She didn?t acknowledge this at all or offer to give us napkins to clean it up.Again, we are a pretty forgiving group and understand that mistakes...

Absolutely amazing experience. We've been long time customers of Big Bone, been lots of times to Newmarket branch, tried Whitby today and they are GREAT, the staff are very polite, friendly and professional. We were greeted and taken care of the wholetime. Food was PERFECT, everything we asked for was done, they've even accommodated our special requests. We had wings, ribs,nachos, pulled pork and chicken fingers, all tasted GREAT, we even got to have extra sauces. Loved the experience and willDEFINITELY be back.

Always a great meal. Ordered a rack of ribs and pound of brisket. Not only overly sauced. Meal was half eaten before pics were taken.
